DVD purchase information. 

Credit Card / Debit Card Orders.
All credit card details on this website are handled securely to ensure confidentiality and 128 bit SSL encryption is employed to ensure sensitive data is protected during transmission over the internet. Purchases will appear on your card statement as being from Triga Films S.L and will be in Euros. We will not charge your card until goods are ready to despatch to you. You will receive an email from us confirming receipt of your order, and a second email confirming despatch once your credit card charge is approved by your bank. Orders placed can be cancelled by the customer at any time before despatch of the goods. This period is usually 24 hours from placement of your order.

Returns And Refunds
If you receive a faulty DVD which is very rare we will send a replacement DVD to you. Please note that we can only replace defective discs with a new copy of the same title. We do not usually issue refunds unless goods are returned to us within 7 days of receipt, un-played, un-opened and unmarked, and complete with their original packaging.

Refunds :
Company policy is such that we do not refund purchases, but we do reserve the rights to refund at our discretion. Please note that our P.C Downloads are non MAC compatible. Content Expiry:
There is no expiry date for any viewing credit purchased against your account.
