How do I claim my 2 OR 5 full free downloads?
To get your 2 or 5 free full downloads you firstly need to place 2 or 5 full films of your choice into your basket, then press checkout, please press the link at the top of the page that reads 'You are entitled to 2 or 5 free downloads' and choose your selected films.
I ordered 2 films at seperate times, can I still claim my 2 free films?
This offer is only valid when your order id shows 2 full films being purchased at the same time.
I would like to change my log in email address?
We are unable to change this for you unfortunatly. We recommend that before you change your email address that you note your email address and password as you will still be able to view your movies with these details. All password reminders are sent to the email address that you joined with. Due to customer confidentality we are unable to send password reminders to alternative email addresses.
Why wont the XXX clips play again in the 48 hour time span? This is because you need to turn your 'cookies' on in your Internet Explorer' To do this in Internet Explorer Click the Tools menu. Select Internet Options. Click the Privacy tab. Click the Default button (or manually slide the bar down to 'Medium'). Click the OK button. If your 'cookies' are turned off the 48 hour system will not work.

As much as we like to give stuff away you can only use 1 offer at a time, so either use your discount voucher or choose free films.

The most common reason that this happens is that you have chosen to pay for the above via Maestro - Switch or Solo. This type of payment card is not authorised immediately on-line but by our office staff in office hours (UK time) please note that our offices are closed at times like Christmas etc.

Why do the Triga Full XXX films take a long time to download?
We made the desicion when we launched this service to aim to deliver our downloads in the best possible quality. Our full films are near DVD quality, and in-turn the file size for the films is very large. Once you have downloaded the full films to your computer you can access them immediately without having the need to download them from our servers again.

Once you have purchased a Full XXX film we recommend that you do the following. 1) Click the Members Area button in the users area. 2) Go to Your Full XXX Downloads 3) Right Click the Download link in Red and then Save Target As this will then prompt you to save the file onto your computer. If you follow these instructions then the fast forward and rewind in your Windows Media player will be activated.
Can I burn the film to DVD?
