Are your DVD's sent out in plain packaging?
All our films are dispatched in safe secure and unmarked packaging, there is no referance to the contents inside the package.

Are your films dispatched from the UK?
All our DVD's are dispatched from the UK, all financial transactions are managed by our main european head office.

Why is your postage more expensive than other DVD sites?
Our DVD's are hardcore adult only products, we could dispatch our DVD's to you via first class mail, however this method can also mean that your next door neighbour, your granny or your mother can recieve your films without you knowing.....not good we're sure you will agree! By sending our DVD's special recorded delivery this allows our tracking department to check that your parcel has been recieved, if it has not been recieved within the time allocated then we can dispatch a replacement pack to you within 10 days.


What name is debited on my Credit / Debit card statement?
Your credit or debit card will read TRIGA.SL.

How long do my films take to arrive and can I track the parcel?
We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible orders are generally recieved within 48 -72 hours from order proccess. Delivery times for international and orders to ireland orders vary. Please add on an estimated 7 days. All our orders are sent out via a special recorded sytem service please click here to track your order.

The post man left a card whilst i was out what do I do?
The postman will leave you a card with an id number on if you are not in, this will be held at your local sorting office for 7 days for you to collect.

Can I pick up films from your office/warehouse?
Unfortunatly we do not accept personal callers to our warehouse/office.
